Our mission and a word about founder Jim Williams

Jim Williams, CEO, is the founder and president of Blue Ridge Ministries, a ministry to men, couples and children, located in Greenville, South Carolina. Blue Ridge Ministries conducts weekend seminars for men and couples, and works with local churches and intercity ministries to disciple men to become fully dedicated followers of Jesus Christ.

Jim is married to Ouida Williams. They have four grown children and seven grandchildren

Jim comes from a background in retail management with a mult-million dollar corporation and 16 years in outside sales.

Jim was saved when he was 21 years old. He has served as a youth pastor and minister to singles again.

"My vision is to work with local churches and correctional institutions to train men and women to be godly parents by developing healthy, vibrant God-honoring marriages. My desire is to see men go through this teaching process and become the fathers and leaders God has designed and called them to be in their families, churches and communities."
